Hefeweizen - Released on September 21, 2019

Central Rail Brewing’s first beer is a true German style Hefeweizen brewed with all German ingredients and fermented with the Weihenstephan yeast strain. The malt and hops balance each other while the fruity esters from the yeast provide banana and clove notes.

Yes, the coronavirus hit CRB too in 2020, but with our brewing friends at Freewheel Brewing Company we managed to brew a batch of our Hefeweizen, and packaged it in cans. We hope to bring you more beer in the near future!
